連本地優質養魚場也不代表安全和品質保證 Even AFFS farms don't guarantee the safety and quality

最近香港漁護署的監管機構，也要因事制宜，就連獲得認證的本地優質養魚場，也不能代表與安全和品質保證，漁民有這個證書，不能再可以將貼和給客戶宣示自己的產品可靠，只能夠證明養魚場是參加優質養魚場計劃， 不可以在銷售過程在沒有做最終品質測試的產品作為宣示用途，否則由有認證可以作為宣示變成會違反守則。於是，監管當局對優質養殖戶，作出了嚴格監管。但結果地，獲得了「優質養魚場」認證的養魚場，變成只是「加入」計劃，成為了參加者而已。雖然漁護署會對參加計劃的養殖戶定期抽查，或者突擊抽驗。但是由於監管不足，對業界生態、事故頻生，形成當局要對計劃加強監管。還有，產品要又當局逐一批次審批，再付費，才可以獲得當局發出產品標籤證明（ QR code ），否則在不能叫自己的產品做「本地優質魚」。 我們在我們平台銷售的其中一家「優質養魚場計劃」的供應商農場門口的計劃水牌 One of the vendor for the Accredited  Fish Farm Scheme, which we sell on our platform, has a sign at the entrance of their farm.優質養魚場計劃在養魚場的認證招牌，有文字說明產品需通過最終品質測試，才能冠以「優質養魚場」出品的稱號，及附帶「優質養魚」標籤出售。 The Quality Fish Farm program requires fish farm certification signs to state that products must pass a final quality test before they can be labeled as "Quality Fish Farm" and sold with the "Quality Fish Farm" tag.由此可以見，業界幾咁混亂，也道出了，監管機構看待問題也是認為很棘手。 Recently, the Hong Kong Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department (AFCD) has implemented stricter regulations. Even certified local quality fish farms no longer guarantee safety and quality. Fishermen with this certificate can no longer use it to claim product reliability to customers; it only proves the farm participates in the Quality Fish Farm Scheme. They cannot use certification for declarative purposes on products that haven't undergone final quality testing during the sales process. Otherwise, the certification would no longer be a "valid claim" but a violation of regulations instead.Therefore, the regulatory authorities have implemented stricter oversight of quality fish farmers.Furthermore, products must undergo batch-by-batch approval by the authorities, followed by payment, before receiving a product label certificate (QR code). Otherwise, they cannot claim their products are "local quality fish."According to information obtained by our industry partners, the Quality Fish Farm Scheme certification signage clearly states that products must pass final quality testing to be labeled as "quality fish farm" and sold with the "quality fish farm" label.This demonstrates the current state of confusion within the industry and highlights the regulatory authorities' shrewdness regarding the issue.

一個關於食蟹的故事

  我的生命改寫 由我好想食蟹開始 話說我這位上線領導人，五年前因為生蛇，腦神經受損。有一次街市買餸，同老婆傾談，想食蟹，老婆說，太貴了，街市$40兩斤草蝦，不如食蝦啦！那一次，我這個朋友內心很自責，五年間靠傷殘綜援，也靠老婆，傷殘改寫了自己，認定了自己是一個嚴重傷殘，想食什麼也沒有得選擇，長時間醫生嘅回應，就好像催眠一樣，不再相信會有一天，自己可以改變。 抗拒去直銷會 強烈自卑心 後來，家人帶他認識Newskin，希望學習建立被動式收入，人生第一次參加一個直銷會，唔知什麼原因，會未開，見到門口衝出去，還不停爆喊，以前自己，事業上，闖過高峰，更加是老闆fit馬，就是「自卑心」，基本上自己連人也唔想見，哥哥問他什麼事，由於情緒大爆發，咽喉呼呼作響聲嘶力竭喊，只能夠婉拒哥哥，我冇事，唔好再問我點解。 點知，就是這一個爆喊，將五年以來嘅鬱結好像疏通了，太太悉心照顧，可以慢慢出街，後來希望找一份有收入的工作，支撐屋企和減少太太的經濟壓力。  哥哥室內設計，從事地盤工 後來哥哥因為從事室內設計，平常請地盤工做工程清潔，由於人工成本高昂，於是叫細佬嘗試，細佬心諗，清潔倒垃圾呢啲工，還可以做得來，但身體的狀況大不如前，搬磚頭15分鐘，便要抖個小時，才可以休息回復氣力。 認識家鴻，以為係一份包裝工 終於緣份到了，太太一次喺超市（他是我阿仔的補習老師），我說需要請個文職，他於是便介紹先生來試吓，還以為是做包裝，於是這位上線，來我公司工作，可是，他以往做慣老闆助理，可以指指點點，來到現實，看待我這些客服簡單文職工作，完全不是味道。而且由於精神集中力大不如前，要對待工作整日8小時的工作，有時頭痛欲裂，只能夠靠一支煙作為短暫的麻醉。 認識了力匯 一家人從此改寫 後來大哥20多年的室內設計公司結束後，認識新加坡力匯（Riway）這間公司，希望可以換過跑道，於是請細佬來聽會，最初，細佬不抗拒，但對陌生人，內心深處的自卑感浮現，聽會的時候要縮膝在角落，眼睛不會注視任何人，甚至乎心裏有念頭，想馬上衝出門口，離開這個讓他不自在的地方。  80歲媽媽的認識 免手術醫好半月板  結果媽媽，因為認為一間公司是呃人的傳銷公司，後尾經大仔鼓勵，嘗試將一樽放入口，搬來，石關節不再痛，還可以在佛堂盤膝打造，喜出望外。  丸仔五天 改寫殘廢人生  於是輪到這個細佬，由不相信不等於不可能，將產品放入口，奇蹟發生，改寫了這位肥仔的人生，丸仔拍了五日，奇蹟出現，出現好轉反應，頭痛減少，唔需要再服神經科藥物，再慢慢有自己照顧能力，後續是頭腦越來越靈活，開始對自己有啲感覺。當時，他說，我是希望可以努力做好這個生意，但沒有諗過這裏發展，希望可以重拾以前的工作，至少可以返去以前老細珠寶眼鏡店，做回以前的工作。  現實的是，這個後生仔，對這間公司的發展和制度，有宗教狂熱般着迷，而且因為看到人生轉機，激發內心的想法，將自己經驗和個案和唔同嘅人分享，處理個案過百人，目前團隊有80人，家鴻也是其中一份子，希望助人健康，更可以從而改善別人和自己的經濟和收入，能夠將口服幹細胞這個革命性嘅產品，以口述相傳，去幫助一些在醫療手段瓶頸的病患，改寫別人，也可以照亮自己。 不相信 不等於不可能  家鴻見證了兩個不可能的奇蹟，這是其中一個，以上個案，可以說是一個奇蹟，但相信奇蹟不斷出現，你會是那一個奇蹟個案嗎？  （以上個案，摘錄自我這個舊員工李植孝親字口述）

顧客豪氣花費兩萬元買忘不了請客 ある顧客は2万元を惜しみなく出して「Empurau」を購入し、ゲストに振る舞った。

 吃是為生存，為味覺享受，也有人為吃一口虛榮。久仰忘不了魚大名，其實未吃就已經忘不了它，價錢動輒3、4千，甚至過萬，自然印象深刻。經名食家蔡瀾介紹過，不少香港人都依稀記得有一條魚，名字奇，價錢更怪！吃了曉飛？當然不，但挽個愛馬仕袋也不見得能瞬間轉移吧！粵廷軒海鮮火鍋酒家負責人捧起一條2公斤重的忘不了魚。 忘不了魚來自馬來西亞、印尼、越南和緬甸等地河川，當中又以馬來西亞的野生忘不了魚最受追捧。物罕為貴，這種野生河魚「不湊米氣」，生長速度極慢，要長到2公斤以上需要5年之久。而野生的忘不了魚，生長於水流湍急的河流，游得也快，很難捕捉，更只有原住民有權捕撈，非常供不應求。 腹身銀白土紅　吃風車果實大忘不了魚魚身主要呈灰黑色，腹身帶土紅色或銀白色，視乎品種。據稱它們吃一種叫風車果的果實長大，因此魚肉有如黑毛豬火腿一樣帶有果香，不少食家也如此品評，令這魚更為神秘，引人蠢蠢欲試。 在馬來西亞當地捕獲後冰鮮保存，約3天到港，每次訂最少5條才肯送貨。一條魚可分成頭、腩和尾，以不同方式烹調，可以清蒸、梅子蒸、碧綠炒球、椒鹽，甚至水煮，客人可隨喜好自訂煮法，大大片魚鱗也不浪費，亦可入饌。 肉質似雞不似魚　鱗片入饌魚皮彈牙終於能一嚐忘不了魚，照負責人Stephen的建議，魚頭以剁碎的鹹檸檬、辣椒和果皮蒸12分鐘。筷子一夾，首先Feel到魚皮很厚，不容易戳入，魚肉夾起來鬆散。湊近一聞，果香十足，不過是來自鹹檸檬。放入口細味，很努力「咪」，也「咪」不到傳說中的風車果果香，鹹檸檬和果皮倒是清新；肉質不似一般魚，有點似熟的三文魚和雞胸。反而魚皮又滑又彈，比魚肉更美味。 魚頭以鹹檸檬、果皮及辣椒蒸。 蒸了12分鐘的鹹檸檬果皮蒸魚頭。  古法煎封魚腩，調味稍重，吃不到傳說中的風車果果香。 魚鱗炸過後似炸魚皮及炸魚骨般酥脆，頗香口。 原文網址: 【忘不了魚忘不了】索價四千魚肉似雞不似魚　皮厚彈牙鱗酥脆 | 香港01 https://www.hk01.com/article/79358?utm_source=01articlecopy&utm_medium=referral
