生產者（農場、水產養殖場等）須遵循嚴格生產規範，並接受定期巡查與檢測。獲認證產品會貼上專屬溯源標籤（QR Code），消費者用手機一掃即可查看產地名稱、生產日期、檢測報告等資料，過程公開透明，猶如「食材出世紙」。
