* Due to the increase in orders in recent months, this website adheres to the principle that customers can enjoy high-quality ingredients at a lower price. Since June 19th, the logistics arrangement of fixed delivery days in different regions has been implemented. I hope we can deliver the goods to buyers more punctually hands of home.
Except for the above-mentioned delivery schedule, whatever your order given us 3 days earlier in advance , then no need to follow the logistics route, you can choose any delivery date ( Please choose ✳️ Optional Delivery Days; Monday to Friday).

🌺 Store Credit Support Program Customers Orders must meet minimum requirement of $500. There is no need to follow the delivery schedule but order must be given to us 2 days in advance. For delivery on Monday, it is recommended to place the order at least 2-3 days earlier, i.e. before midnight on Friday.

🚚 Arrival time instructions
1. Delivery time: The selected designated time period is only for customers to provide suggestions for the time period, not our arrival time. In most cases, we cannot ensure that the goods must be delivered according to the time period (for example, select the morning time period), please pay attention.
2. If the receiving area is in remote areas, an additional $30 shipping fee will be charged.
3. Any address that cannot provide 30 minutes of free parking 🅿️ will have to pay the parking fee actually collected by the premise. Please pay the parking fee directly to the delivery driver on the day of delivery.

We are still working hard, because there are thousands of ingredients, please wait for us (sweat), most of the products and ingredients are directly picked up from the suppliers, and some of them are fresh meat ( Fresh chicken and fresh pork), some require us to pick up the goods in person, and many even come from remote farms in the New Territories, or the suppliers don’t arrive in our hands until 2pm in the afternoon, so we are really not like HKTVMall or other platforms, most of the goods that are delivered early in the morning already in storage. Our delivery time is usually around 3:00 to 7:00pm, if the ingredients need to be used on the same day, it may be affected, you need to bear good preparations, our logistics team is a small team and that is our most!
🔆 We encourage customers to place our order at least 2 days earlier (T+2). As we spend a lot of time preparing some of the ingredients, the logistics cost is our biggest cost. Customers often place orders at night and we cannot prepare them. From Saturday to Thursday, if the order is placed after 4:30pm, we will postpone one day more.
🙇♀️ There will be additional delays in remote areas and busy areas; the delivery time in the southern district of Hong Kong Island, Tseung Kwan O, Sai Kung and the New Territories may be close to dusk to night; we need to arrange delivery around the clock. During this period, the delivery time cannot It is limited to be completed before 6:00 p.m., and delivery will be arranged in the evening (delivery time will be extended to 8:00 p.m.).
