We currently provide frozen delivery service. Now Healthy Express has been connected with SF Express's Cold delivery service. We can import your store's orders into the SF Express Cold delivery service system to handle the frozen goods shipment process.
If you order with fresh vegetables, they will be delivered at 0-4 degree Celsius. Frozen goods may thaw.
If delivery is required at -18 degrees and the amount of frozen goods is $380 or more, we will separate your orders. You can choose the delivery method "I want to add an order" and the goods will be separated 2 temperatures (0-4 degree and -18 degrees in 2 boxes) delivery.
Healthy Express uses SF Express for frozen delivery and has obtained a Restricted Food Sales License from the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department.

If customers need us to arrange frozen delivery, they can set the delivery method as needed in the "delivery method" of the order checkout, and then they can ship the goods through the appropriate logistics service. We will automatically issue the waybill and arrange the delivery.
