For village houses or remote places, we cannot deliver or require a remote surcharge under special arrangements. Even if it is delivered under special arrangements, it will only be delivered to a location where the truck can be safely parked for delivery by the side of the vehicle and will not enter the village. No lift or cargo cannot enter the lift
If there is no elevator or the goods cannot enter the building, we will only deliver it to the downstairs (unless special arrangements have been coordinated with the customer service). The calculated freight will not be refunded.

Park Island Residences will be delivered and no surcharge ($500 or above).
Special area (Tung Chung)
Tung Chung Town Centre (delivered every Wednesday and Friday), there is no surcharge.
Is it delivered on Saturday?
We all delivered it normally on Saturday.
Will it be delivered if there are stairs?
There will be no delivery if there are stairs, we will deliver it to the delivery location downstairs where it can be delivered. If there is actual need, the stairs will be charged: the delivery is calculated by the number of floors, and the fee is $10 per floor (10 to 22 stairs are one floor) The driver will charge by the number of floors, and this fee should be delivered directly to the delivery driver on the day of delivery .
Can I deliver at a designated time?
Can not. We will try our best to cooperate with customers' requests, but we do not provide scheduled delivery services and promises.
