🔆 Note: The steps in this part are only suitable for selecting the "Payment Method" as 🏧 Bank Transfer / FPS / ATM (Upload the receipt after placing the order)

In the order message received by mobile phone WhatsApp message or email, receive the order information sent by your healthy mobile phone number, and upload the payment receipt:




Or check your order records and upload payment through the "👤" in the upper right corner of Healthy Express website (you shall login first with your mobile number):

Step 1: Log in to the Healthy Express website (www.healthyexpress.hk)




Step 2: Select the "minifigure" icon in the upper right corner

You can view personal account and order information


Step 3: Select Order > View Unpaid Orders > Upload Payment Proof

Load the data receipt on the "Upload Payment Proof" on the order entry side. The system will automatically notify us after uploading, and we will update the payment status to "paid".
