Earlier, due to staff constraints and time-consuming delivery, we resulted in online store orders exceeding our capacity, resulting in some of our orders not being shipped on time or delayed delivery, affecting our customers' expectations of us. We have made in-depth improvements and have now optimised our delivery logistics, increasing the order delivery time from the original 9pm every 9 to before 8pm (generally arrival is before 6pm when orders are not busy).

In addition, since our current delivery service needs to handle 🧊 frozen as well as ❄️ chilled fresh meat, using SF Express Cold Logistics service can better meet customer expectations, delivery staff drivers can deliver to your home within two hours to 4 hours. In addition, we can provide customers with the current positioning of logistics drivers, making it easier for customers to grasp the actual delivery situation (for example, whether the driver is on the way to a congested tunnel, or still at another remote delivery point, unable to deliver on time, or will be close to your delivery address).
At the same time, we have added a "🈯️ To Door with Specified Time" delivery service (a $50-$60 service fee will be charged due to logistics costs and increased staffing pressure) to meet the needs of our customers.
Recently, we have also launched "🚛 Hong Kong Post Local EC Get - Post Office / Smart Post Station / 7-Eleven Self-Pickup", which is a low-cost delivery service for our dry goods products. It only costs $13 to pick up at post offices and 7-11 convenience stores across Hong Kong.
