If the transfer is not completed within 10 minutes, will the order be cancelled?


The FPS QR Code is valid for 10 minutes. If the customer fails to enter the verification code within the time limit due to personal factors,

And the order will be updated to "beyond payment time" after one hour.

How to use "computer" to make FPS payment?


If the customer is using a computer for checkout, they can use a bank application that supports "FPS" to complete the payment process.


 

How to use "mobile phone" to make FPS payment?


If the customer is using a mobile phone to checkout, they need to take a screenshot of the QR code on the checkout page first.

Then use a banking application that supports "FPS", enter the page for scanning the QR code, and press the button on the upper right corner to upload the QR code to complete the payment process.
