Return Policy

Return Policy - Healthy Express

Our company will only provide return or replacement services for defective / wrong products, all other products purchased in our company are not provided with return and replacement services. 

Since food quality is all based on personal feelings, it is very subjective. Whether a food feels healthy or not is affected by many factors. For example, chemically grown vegetables are generally strong, lush, and green in color. Conventional fruits purchased in supermarkets usually use pesticides, preservatives, and fruit wax. They look fresh and flawless; fresh pork and beef are made with a lot of magic in China, even adding clenbuterol. The lean meat can make consumers visually feel that the meat is healthy and high-quality. Due to this perception of consumers, there are incentives for the industry to continue to use a variety of chemical materials. We often hear that vegetables and fruits in supermarkets are beautiful and clean, and they don’t even need to be refrigerated. Is this the case?

Customers need to provide pictures or proof, and contact us within 24 hours, otherwise we will not process any return or replacement request, we are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Our organic vegetables and fruits are free of pesticides, hypochlorous acid water, ozone and preservatives. In addition, we reduce packaging and organic vegetables are prone to quality instability due to their natural growth. The flavor, texture, and appearance will vary depending on the delivery time, growing climate, and harvest time.

Frequent customer feedback to us includes:

  1. Leafy vegetables, especially kale vegetables (kale, broccoli, kale), very tender spinach, mustard greens tend to turn yellow;
  2. The taste of local vegetables becomes worse;
  3. Organic vegetables are not sweet, and the branches and stems of leafy vegetables are slag;
  4. Organic products have a shorter expiry date;
  5. The texture and taste of organic carrots are not as good as those of China carrots in the wet market;
  6. Organic choi sum is not sweet enough for Ningxia choi sum;
  7. Some vegetables have worm excrement on the leaves, a fat worms, and the vegetables have many spots and worm bites;
  8. Bananas and milk bananas are easy to turn black;
  9. When organic papaya is placed for a day or two, spots and mold will appear on the skin;

We will not return or exchange products based on personal subjective factors (For example: the goods do not meet expectations, there are many  worms bite holes, damage caused by insects, a small amount of yellow leaves, natural birds and other animal bites , dry water, aroma, size, sweetness, etc.). However, if vegetables and fruits have large-scale damage/damage, we are happy to make return/exchange arrangements regarding the degree of damage, please contact our staff within 24 hours.  

Product Return and Replacement Process

1. If customers find any serious defects/errors in the goods, please contact our admin staff (35651770) immediately. If it is not during working hours, please leave a message online / WhatsApp and we will reply as soon as possible. 

2. Please return the goods to the company after the application is approved, and indicate your name, telephone number, order number and reason for return. 

3. We will inspect the returned goods. 

4. After we complete the inspection, we will notify the customer to place an order again, and the payment for the returned goods and express delivery fee will be refunded after deducting the new order. 

5. If the returned goods are refunded, we will notify the customer via phone message. 

6. If you have any questions, please contact us within 24 hours. All overtime inquiries will not be processed. Sorry for the inconvenience.
