$299 is suitable for living in subsidised public grassroots housing, squatters, and tenement buildings; or you tell us that is a grassroots family needs to support several children.

When ordering, you need to pay and enter the coupon code "grassroots". After entering the discount code, the system will automatically adjust it to $299. we reserve the rights to make the final decision based on the delivery address and consignee information. Action to help grassroots eat well

1. Each household can only order one combo per week.

2. Please select your preferred payment and shipping method during checkout.

3. Middle-class families will automatically get discounts when purchasing, while grassroots families need to enter the code "grassroots" in the shopping cart checkout to get the $299 event discount.

4. The special price is $299. There are only 100 families available, while supplies last.

勢不可擋的錢大媽

近年，我們不少業界的農場或者企業都被國內收購或侵股國內資金了, 例如，不少本地業界深入民心的農產品品牌，以及一些老字號的本地雞場（不方便公開名字），一方面，國內資金很喜歡我們這個中國最南方的城市，另一方面，可以說，香港的企業，如果沒有國內資金，很難迎頭趕上，甚至生存。不過不講風頭的厲害，不是新界仔, 應該是錢大媽。最近，最打擊本地業界蔬菜及新鮮食品，應該是錢大媽, 他們的價錢，連連鎖超市、新界仔都比不上, 總之是平；連我讀小學二年級的女兒都講得出他們的經營策略 😂 （不賣隔夜肉），單單是國內融資，聽說已經三百億。誰說，賣菜沒有"錢"途！不過，銷售本地菜及新鮮農產品，肯定是受到影響！子彈炮彈都敵不過D銀彈🥲。

法例不清晰、“趨利性執法” 可以為食物安全把關？

2023年10月份，食物安全中心執法部門，在我們網店處所抽查了一個來自印度的《熱情媽媽》有機白胡椒粉，驗出有百萬分之十七（0.17 ppm）的環氧乙烷（ETO Ethylene oxide），於是提出相關檢控程序，而那次該執法部門引用《食物內除害劑殘餘規例》（第132CM章），認為該食品涉嫌違反該法例內"訂明的標準"。根據《規例》的規管架構，以及該條例中以食品法典委員會的標準制定的食物內除害劑殘餘的標準，事實上，並沒有訂明「有關的的標準」，更沒有清晰條文包括該除害劑，於是，我們業界也無法得知那些屬於高風險類別的除害劑或者農藥，業界也無法在《香港除害劑最高殘餘限量資料庫》搜索到相關安全標準及該除害劑的殘餘物定義的最高殘餘限量。國際的監管目前，我們本地業界沒有訂明，包括在《食物內除害劑殘餘規例》（第132CM章）的附表1）中的環氧乙烷的最高殘餘限量／最高再殘餘限量參考指標，未能根據風險評估確定食用有關食物不會危害或損害健康。根據歐盟法規規定，環氧乙烷殘留量標準是訂明「最大殘留容許量」（maximal residue level; MRL）是 0.1 mg/kg (0.1 ppm)，而根據美國和加拿大的標準，在香料及香草的最大殘留限量是 7 mg/kg (7 ppm)，是指人在吃這個劑量下，該食品即使吃一輩子也都不會造成健康問題。根據我們的了解，該產品發現的除害劑，超出了歐盟可容許上限。不同國家環氧乙烷法例容許最大殘餘量 / 備注中國 - 未列入食品安全國家標準《食品中最大殘留限量》( GB2763-2021) 歐盟 0.02ppm-0.1ppm 制定大約300種食品的最大殘餘量美國 7ppm 50ppm 香料、乾蔬菜、芝麻合桃食品法典委員會 - 並未訂定食品中環氧乙烷的標準星加坡 50ppm xx 香港 - 未能根據風險評估確定相關健康值 / 或殘餘量至於食物中驗出未能訂明相關最高濃度的指明物質，執法者於是便根據《公眾衞生及市政條例》第 54 條，以及「在食用有關食品不會危害和損害健康」這一個幾寬鬆又空泛的條例進行檢控和執法，於是，業界只能夠根本在不知情，沒有清晰界定法例條文依據的情況下，在食品安全這一個既神聖，不僅任重，而且道遠的保障食品安全任務，守法者和把關者的責任上，變得無所適從，無法可依。這根本與食品安全法的條款不完善關係直接。中國專家徐迅雷曾經提出，不完善的法條守不住食品安全的底線，事前的防範遠比事後的處罰來得重要。 2022年8月初，國際知名品牌哈根達斯（Häagen-Dazs）冰淇淋含有歐洲聯盟（歐盟）禁用的除害劑環氧乙烷殘留，緊急回收進口到全球80個國家的產品，引起各國對環氧乙烷殘留量的討論。政府就食物中的環氧乙烷 (Ethylene oxide in food) 於 2022 年 12 月 23 日舉辦過一次業界諮詢論壇，介紹過除害劑環氧乙烷，一直沒有再次和業界意見及討論立法和執法另外，我們亦曾經質疑食物安全中心做法的專業性，究竟致癌物質存在，是否等同於危害健康（雖然這個是大部份人的認知），定義是怎樣，有沒有MRL (最大殘留限量)？我們在這次執法和檢控上，向該處提出不少質疑，他們亦了解法例的不足和確定性，提出他們需要一位專家證人（但是假如這位專家證人正正是服務於該處的員工，又何來公正性？），作為支持他們檢控的有效性，至於為何被界定為致癌物質，就肯定對人體有危害？二氧化碳、紫外線分別是肯定對人體有害或明確的人類致癌物，為什麼准許使用？，有幾個人真正曬出皮膚癌的呢？相反，很多人普遍曬太陽不夠，導致維生素D不足。又怎樣解釋不同國家食品法規對環氧乙烷的標準不同，有的國家准用（例如新加坡、美國及加拿大），有的國家不准用（例如台灣）....。我們鄰近國家新加坡，根據新加坡食品局，法例有清晰指引，會列出最大殘留限量 (MRL) 在聯合國聯合國糧食及農業組織的一份農業手冊上，對於環氧乙烷作為燻蒸劑殘留，Scudamore 和 Heuser (1971) 得出結論，熏蒸後食品中殘留的環氧乙烷和乙二醇不太可能構成危害（對人體而言），在儲存和烹飪過程中形成的大量乙烯氯醇可能會部分消失。因此，若果" 吸入"二氧化碳會使人中毒，那麼二氧化碳便歸類為"危害和損害健康" ，是否等於食物中存在二氧化碳，即是等同 "危害和損害健康" ? 何謂合乎衛生、冇雜質和適合人類食用，這種法例，只是為方便檢控和執法，會讓業界造成無法可依對於黃麯霉毒素等等，其他類別的殘餘及致癌物質，法例上有清晰條文致癌等級越高，只能說明它致癌的證據越確鑿，並不代表一定會因此而得癌，即便是所攝入的量極多，就如尼古丁是一級致癌物，但有人吸一輩子菸都不會得到肺癌，癌症的致病因素很多，又具有一定的家族遺傳特點等等。對於該執法部門那一次的執法，我們更認為有欠公允，食物安全中心在我們處所抽查了有問題的產品後，於是便向政府新聞處發出回收通告，不過，對於該部門為同一宗個案連續兩天發出兩個食物安全警告通告，我們感到非常無奈。其原因是，我們那次配合食物安全中心的要求，提供熱線給我們的顧客查詢回收，不過，翌日食安中心再一次發出另一個批次新聞公告，理由是食物安全中心在我們再找到另一個已經過期的批次（我們並不覺得同一次事件，第二天找到不同的批次，於是又把我們零售商的名字放在政府新聞處的公告一次）。而且，我們對於刊登零售商名字的做法不一致性，認為做法不公道，我們認為刊登零售商的名字，會對於零售商造成或多或少的打擊，但對於選擇性公布名字的執法，部份個案公開而有部份不公開零售店舖的名字，公平性欠妥。至於當日執法的食物安全中心督察，出現一件讓人覺得「為執法而執法」的處理手法，當日，我和我們幾位同事和朋友當日在寫字樓，該名假扮買家的督察要求我們出售最佳食用期已過的「有問題」白胡椒粉，當時本人提出由於食用期已過為理由，向她推薦另一款品質更佳的馬來西亞沙勞越胡椒粉，然而該名督察以堅持該款產品為理由，說服我們向她出售該款「有問題」白胡椒粉，我們公司及同事都認為，這種執法方式，有如強迫犯規，我們一方面向顧客展示我們重視他們的健康及對產品的滿意度，另一方面，我們重視客人的期望，希望他們會買到他們需要的東西和品質。要守住食品安全這條底線，事前的防範遠比事後的處罰來得重要。比如日本的食品安全監管體系，就註重風險分析、風險評估、風險管理、風險監控、風險溝通，從而起到“吹哨人”的作用。其實，中國式的“事後重罰”，並不能帶來嚇阻的作用；依賴事後的“重罰”，其實就是一種懶政式的執法。作為負責任的零售商，我們那次於是根據中心指示，停售及下架受影響批次的產品。並且會主動向已購買該產品涉事產品展開回收，更提供熱線給我們的消費者查詢有關產品回收事宜。我們作為一個主要銷售健康食物、無添加食物的平台，我們建議相關執法部門，繼續完善食品添加劑的使用標準，嚴厲打擊食品非法添加行為，讓消費者對食品安全更有信心。李家鴻餸您健康負責人

全城有機日 - 參加市集的分享

今年是第二年參加全城有機日市集，星期六請朋友做part-time，匆忙做了一天，琴日5:00起身，開始準備市集的功夫，連埋參加費用、車費、人工，至少都要$3-4000。雖然我們獲得供應商的幫助，分別贊助了產品，給予sample，以及可以增加分成等方式，協助我們，才能夠順利得以舉辦。人手也是我們的一個困難香港現在人工高，不得不說，車費高昂，如果市集沒有五六千元收入，根本為唔到皮。去年，我們市集營業額超過一萬元，可以說是我們的一個很不錯的成績，難得是我們目前沒有門市，參加市集可以說是我們唯一接觸消費者的渠道。而且可以感受一下市場氣氛，消費者等等各方面的市場觸覺，而且我們可以了解每一個產品的銷售方式，及產品的優異性和獨特性，因此參加開放式市集，讓我們更加懂得如何調整產品線和生意策略。不過，市集也告訴我們，目前消費疲弱，消費者不足種種現實情景，大多數情況下，我們現在經營溢利嚴重下降的趨勢，參與市集亦是我們要沉重考慮的方案。昨天的氣氛很不錯，人流雖然不是很多，不過我們的銷售人員表現積極，參展商的貨品優質，以及非常充足的試食及sample，是我們的三大支柱，也帶動了銷售，原本我們以為外邊周圍掟貨和橙一定滯銷，結果都順利清箱，阿Jade 的sample反應很不錯，總結昨天的營業額，更能cover開支已經很不錯，同事好彩都有量出！很難得有家長帶小朋友去認識一下有機食物, 現在社會風氣改變有質素食物都未必有消費者垂青我們推薦幾個有質素嘅產品，例如好素的產品，遇上食素的朋友，見到我們就支持，我們推介的魚皮，他們馬上覺得要買回來分享食素的長者和父母；女兒和太太有客串下，女兒製作扭波波, 可惜我沒時間幫吓手佢，本來同佢客串節目，表演一個小型魔術今年和橙的市道不佳，原本打算不帶過來，兩相橙總算清了，客人就是喜歡我們給他們試食比較，切開他們也樂於嘗試。另外最受歡迎是我們的鎮店之寶"好媽媽靚面"，我們promotor Donna 推介得好，消費者一聽就買, 也佔我們大部份銷售額。至於介紹的兒童產品，水果條、果蓉、gluten free biscuit，最特別是我們有免費產品、sample可以給他們享用，我們用試食有消費者喜歡我們! 亦有前來支持我們的消費者，又認識未來有機會跟我們合作的海洋公園、職業訓練局管理係課程主任喜歡我們的個案，有機會寫入教材，以及深圳前來拍攝的電視台 (很奇怪，本地電視台、電台及電子媒體，好少見他們影蹤)。生意雖小，都算係獲益良多。
