🐓 Shiqi chicken is a traditional Sanhuang chicken, loved by gourmets and older generations. It is considered to be the breed that best preserves the traditional chicken flavor and tender meat that we remember from our childhood.
🐓 Wenchang chicken is one of the eight excellent chicken breeds in Guangdong. Legend has it that during the Ming Dynasty, an official from Wenchang brought several Wenchang chickens to the emperor for him to taste. 🐓 Jiaming Young Master Chicken is a healthy and delicious yellow-feathered chicken developed by the University of Hong Kong. This chicken is characterized by its white skin, low subcutaneous fat, tender and elastic meat, and rich collagen content. Kamei Young Master Chicken refers to immature male chickens, containing only trace amounts of estrogen, making it healthier than regular chicken.

Emperor Chicken is a breed of Kamei chicken, and is female. It is raised for approximately 100 to 120 days before being sold on the market. The chicks are fed ginseng-infused feed from 8 days old until 30 days old, which strengthens their immunity and improves their health from a young age. The ample growth time allows their muscle fibers to develop naturally, thus preserving their rich chicken flavor.
Nanwang Chicken is the mainland version of the local Emperor Chicken. They separate the chicken production line and the naming, which is commendable!
