Kamei Chicken Whole Wings are priced at $100 per pound (according to actual weight)

📍 Note:  The online pricing of Kamei Chicken and Kinying Pork are slightly different from the actual product label price. The product price will be slightly higher (generally not higher than 5%) to make up for the extra cost of packaging and logistics for chilled goods (we pick up most of the fresh ingredients from the supplier in person).  Sometimes the actual weight is higher than the specified weight listed in the online store, and sometimes the actual weight is lower than the specified weight. In addition, some of our customers will get 3% to 10% discount.  With the above measures, we hope to meet the needs for those customers with lower amount orders to enjoy free delivery service.

Since Kamei chicken is thinner than ordinary foreign chickens, the chicken wings will be smaller. The above weights are for reference only. On the day of delivery, you cannot cancel the order for too large or too small reasons, I hope you can understand!

Chicken Wings with Swiss Sauce

Material: 20 Kamei Chicken Wings

Seasoning: 1 tsp Sichuan pepper, 5 star anise, 2 cinnamon, 1 tsp clove powder, 2 bay leaves, 6 scallions,

               2 slices ginger, 3 green onions, 350ml Guanzhen dark soy sauce, 150ml Guanzhen light soy sauce, 500ml water,

               4 rock sugar, 3 tbsp Huadiao wine


1. Fry chicken wings in water for 1 minute, and immediately submerge in cold water with ice water.

2. Put the water, peppercorns, star anise, cinnamon, clove powder, bay leaves, shallots, ginger, and scallions into a pot and bring to a boil.

      Then add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, rock sugar to taste.

3. Add in chicken wings, and when it comes to a boil, cover and simmer for 4 minutes.

4. Turn off the heat and simmer overnight.

Note: If you want to eat it immediately, bring it to the boil, cover it, turn to very low heat and cook for 20 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
