Kamei cockscomb is priced at $120 per catty (charged by actual weight)

📍 Note: The online pricing of Kamei Chicken and Kinying Pork are slightly different from the actual product label price. Since the supplier cannot give us enough retail profit, the product price will be slightly higher (generally not higher than 5%) to make up for the extra cost of packaging and logistics for chilled goods (we pick up most of the fresh ingredients from the supplier in person). Sometimes the actual weight is higher than the specified weight listed in the online store, and sometimes the actual weight is lower than the specified weight. In addition, some of our customers will get 3% to 10% discount. With the above measures, we hope to meet the needs for those customers with lower amount orders to enjoy free delivery service.

Chicken Comb Fried King

Material: 4 taels of cockscomb, 2 taels of chives, 2 taels of Gan Xun, 2 taels of Chinese celery, 2 taels of dried shrimp, a small amount of cashew nuts

Seasoning: 1 tbsp XO sauce, 1 tsp bean paste, a little flower carving, a little sugar

1. Crispy cashew nuts for later use

2. Clean and chop the cockscomb, chop the chives and celery, slice the scallions, set aside

3. Soak the dried shrimp until soft, drain and set aside

4. Heat the oil in a wok, saute the dried shrimps until fragrant

5. Put the rest of the ingredients together in the wok and fry quickly

6. Put all the seasoning down and stir well
