Kamei Chicken Breast are priced at $80 per pound (according to actual weight)

📍 Note:  The online pricing of Kamei Chicken and Kinying Pork are slightly different from the actual product label price. The product price will be slightly higher (generally not higher than 10%) to make up for the extra cost of packaging and logistics for chilled goods (we pick up most of the fresh ingredients from the supplier in person).  Sometimes the actual weight is higher than the specified weight listed in the online store, and sometimes the actual weight is lower than the specified weight. In addition, some of our customers will get 3% to 10% discount.  With the above measures, we hope to meet the needs for those customers with lower amount orders to enjoy free delivery service.

Chicken with Soy Sauce and Chives

Material: 12 pieces of chicken, 5 slices of ginger, 1 stalk of green onion

Seasoning: 1 tbsp Guanzhen light soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar, a small amount of sesame oil, a small amount of pepper,

             1 tsp peanut oil, 1 tsp cornstarch

1. After the chicken pieces are cleaned, marinate with marinade for 20 minutes.
2. Heat the oil in a wok, fry the chicken pieces on medium-low heat until fragrant on both sides until they are fully cooked, set aside the grease for later use.
3. Fried ginger and spring onion until fragrant, add seasonings and bring to boil, put chicken pieces in medium-high heat and cook until the sauce is dry, and serve.
