Kamei Chicken Legs are priced at $100 per pound (according to actual weight)

📍 Note:  The online pricing of Kamei Chicken and Kinying Pork are slightly different from the actual product label price. Since the supplier cannot give us enough retail profit, the product price will be slightly higher (generally not higher than 5%) to make up for the extra cost of packaging and logistics for chilled goods (we pick up most of the fresh ingredients from the supplier in person).  Sometimes the actual weight is higher than the specified weight listed in the online store, and sometimes the actual weight is lower than the specified weight. In addition, some of our customers will get 3% to 10% discount.  With the above measures, we hope to meet the needs for those customers with lower amount orders to enjoy free delivery service.

Since Kamei chicken is thinner than ordinary foreign chickens, the chicken pieces will be relatively small. The above weights are for reference only. You cannot cancel the order for too large or too small reasons on the day of delivery. I hope you can understand!

Soy Sauce Chicken Spleen

Ingredients: 
2 Kamei chicken spleen, 1/2 teaspoon Yuehe Huadiao, 150ml light soy sauce, 120ml old man soy sauce,
50ml water, 3 cloves garlic, 10g rock sugar, 1/2 tsp sesame oil

1. Marinate the chicken spleen with Huadiao coating for half an hour, pat the garlic and set aside.
2. Put light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, water, rock sugar, sesame oil and garlic in a pot and bring to a boil.
3. Put the chicken spleen into the soy sauce and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
4. Turn to low heat, cover and cook for 8 minutes. Turn off the heat and bake for 45 minutes, then serve.
