Steamed Abalone
Ingredients: 5 locally frozen abalone, 3 slices of ginger, 2 scallions, 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine, 2 tablespoons soy sauce for steamed fish
Steps:
Thaw the frozen abalone, clean them thoroughly, and remove the viscera.
Place the abalone in a steaming dish, and top with ginger slices and scallions.
