🛍  Product Information :


Kuruma Prawn (Marsupenaeus japonicus), also known as Japanese Tiger Prawn or Banded Prawn, features clear dark brown and yellowish transverse bands, with a more colourful tail fan. The flesh is tender and sweet, slightly more delicate than Black Tiger Prawn. Available both wild-caught and farmed, it is best enjoyed simply boiled, as sashimi (when ultra-fresh), or lightly steamed to highlight its natural sweetness.


On the packaging of this product, you will see a traceability label with a QR code and the "Fresh Hong Kong Products" brand logo. Scanning the QR code will allow you to access detailed traceability information, including the place of origin, certification status, and supplier information.
