**Soy Sauce Marinated Young Ginger (Classic, 5 minutes)**
Ingredients: 1 large piece of young ginger, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon rock sugar or granulated sugar
Instructions: Wash the young ginger and slice it thinly (the thinner the slices, the more flavorful).
Mix the soy sauce and sugar together, pour in the ginger slices and mix. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to the next day; the longer it marinates, the redder and more flavorful it will become.

Ingredients: 200g young ginger, 3 tablespoons granulated sugar, 4 tablespoons rice vinegar, a pinch of salt
Instructions: Slice the ginger very thinly (you can use a peeler).
Mix all the seasonings together and pour in the ginger slices, gently pressing to allow the ginger slices to soak.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (preferably overnight), until it turns a beautiful pink color.

Stir-fried Pork with Ginger (Super Delicious with Rice, 10 minutes)
Ingredients: 150g ginger, 200g pork strips, 3 cloves garlic, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp rice wine, a pinch of salt and white pepper
Instructions: Slice the ginger into strips. Marinate the pork strips with a little cornstarch and soy sauce.
Hot a pan and sauté the garlic until fragrant. Add the pork strips and stir-fry quickly until 80% cooked.
Add the ginger strips and stir-fry over high heat for 30 seconds. Add rice wine and seasonings, then remove from heat.
→ The ginger aroma is amazing, but not pungent at all. You can easily eat three bowls of rice with this!
Ginger Miso Soup (Japanese Style, 8 minutes)
Ingredients: 50g ginger, 1.5 tbsp miso, 1 box tofu, 500ml dashi broth or water, a little seaweed sprouts
Instructions: Slice the ginger very thinly.
Bring the dashi broth to a boil, add the tofu and ginger slices, and cook for 1 minute.
Turn off the heat, stir the miso with a mesh strainer until melted, and finally sprinkle with seaweed sprouts.
