We will collect vegetables from the farm on the morning of the delivery day and dispatch the boxes for delivery at around 9am. Delivery is limited to the area that the vehicle can reach.
Regardless of the order size, a service fee of $20 will be charged for remote areas, and an additional $20 service fee will be charged for the staircase fee for delivering vegetables.
After ordering, if the subscriber encounters a problem with receiving the goods (no one at the house is available to receive the goods) and fails to complete the delivery, he can notify the master to leave the goods at the door, or deliver the goods the next morning. If the delivery master fails to contact you multiple times due to other factors, we will consider rejecting similar orders in the future.
🟠 Bad weather arrangements:
If there is a sudden bad weather situation on the delivery day (red/black rain or the farmland cannot be harvested due to flooding) and the transaction needs to be changed or canceled, we will notify subscribers before 8a.m. on the delivery day.
If the transaction is cancelled, the subscriber can return the money. We will first choose to return the purchase amount to the ordering account to reduce our administrative staff and administrative costs. If you want to return cash, we need three to five working days, and for subscribers who have made prepayments, we will return the same amount.
However, unless there are special circumstances such as long-term red/black rain or widespread flooding, subscribers cannot refuse to receive and pay on the grounds of "bad weather".
