Recent studies have shown that free radicals are one of the causes of aging and many chronic diseases. Sea grapes are rich in carbohydrates, lipids, proteins, vitamins, minerals and special nutrients, which can improve body functions; the seaweed polysaccharide extract has anti-oxidation, anti-coagulation, and immune-regulating effects. The experimental results of the Fisheries Research Institute of the Agricultural Committee of the Executive Yuan of Taiwan show that the extract of Botrytis elongatus has a very good scavenging rate for free radicals such as DPPH and ABTS+. Sea grapes are mostly rich in lipopolysaccharide, which mostly comes from bacteria in the soil, so root vegetables are rich in vegetables, including lotus root, radish, and burdock. However, sea grapes are particularly rich (Japanese medicine: lipopolysaccharide improves immunity, anti-aging and anti-dementia).
