季節のフルーツワインと塩レモンのワークショップ
旬の新鮮なフルーツを使って、自分だけのフルーツワインを作る喜びを体験し、伝統的な塩レモンの作り方の秘訣を学びましょう!このワークショップでは、以下のことを学びます。プラム、マンゴー、パイナップル、ライチなど、季節によって変わる旬のフルーツを使い、天然果実酒の発酵原理と醸造技術を学びます。香港スタイルの定番「塩レモン」(塩レモンサッチーノ)を作り、塩漬けと熟成の技術を学びます。塩レモンジュースや塩レモンハニーを作ったり、料理に使ったりすることもできます!初心者でも簡単に始められます。講師がステップバイステップで丁寧に指導します。出来上がったものは当日中にお持ち帰りいただき、発酵・熟成を続けてください。約1~3ヶ月後には、手作りのフルーツワインと塩レモンをお楽しみいただけます。このワークショップは、実践的なアクティビティやヘルシーな自家製ドリンクを楽しみたい方に最適です。季節の味を一緒に瓶詰めしましょう!
