Join us for a hands-on experience to craft your very own seasonal fruit wine using the freshest fruits of the moment, and learn the traditional art of making Hong Kong-style salted lemons!

In this workshop, you will:

  • Use seasonal fresh fruits (e.g., green plums, mangoes, pineapples, lychees — changes with the season) to learn natural fermentation techniques and brew your own fruit wine
  • Make authentic Hong Kong “salted lemons” (also known as salted lemon seven), mastering the salting and aging process — perfect for making salted lemon drinks, salted lemon honey, or even cooking
  • No prior experience needed — our instructor will guide you step-by-step
  • Take home everything you make on the day to continue fermenting/aging (ready to enjoy in about 1–3 months)

旬の新鮮なフルーツを使って、自分だけのフルーツワインを作る喜びを体験し、伝統的な塩レモンの作り方の秘訣を学びましょう!このワークショップでは、以下のことを学びます。プラム、マンゴー、パイナップル、ライチなど、季節によって変わる旬のフルーツを使い、天然果実酒の発酵原理と醸造技術を学びます。香港スタイルの定番「塩レモン」(塩レモンサッチーノ)を作り、塩漬けと熟成の技術を学びます。塩レモンジュースや塩レモンハニーを作ったり、料理に使ったりすることもできます!初心者でも簡単に始められます。講師がステップバイステップで丁寧に指導します。出来上がったものは当日中にお持ち帰りいただき、発酵・熟成を続けてください。約1~3ヶ月後には、手作りのフルーツワインと塩レモンをお楽しみいただけます。このワークショップは、実践的なアクティビティやヘルシーな自家製ドリンクを楽しみたい方に最適です。季節の味を一緒に瓶詰めしましょう!








Spring is always the most beautiful time for leafy vegetables. It is the beginning of spring after a severe cold. Vegetables are not as beautiful when there is rain in spring. Today there are watercress, kale, cabbage, lettuce, romaine lettuce, salad greens, lettuce, bean sprouts, and vegetables. Tomatoes, cherries, broccoli, broccoli florets, eggs, passion fruit, sweet potatoes, ginger, potatoes, carrots.

🍎Activities:

Sister Qiao will take everyone to visit the farm, learn about crops, flowers and plants, and plant plants by hand.
  Participating in this event, you can choose to harvest from the fields, and each person can pick a pound of organic vegetables (additional fee)

❤️ Refreshments:

A variety of flavors of hometown tea fruit: Qiaojie will make tea fruit. The main ingredients are glutinous rice flour dough, with tea powder, mugwort, ramie or mashed leaves of chicken shit vine added to give it a refreshing fragrance. The fillings can be sweet. Flavored or salty, the sweet fillings are mainly bean paste, peanuts, sesame or black beans, while the salty fillings are usually black beans and radish.
Simple floral tea or seasonal drinks will be served.

🍲 Lunch: 

Lunch soy milk health pot
Ingredients: pear, corn, carrot, zucchini, papaya, fish eggs, soya bean stick, chicken, udon, and various farm seasonal dishes.

🥤 Drinks include butterfly pea flower tea, please bring your own water bottle or cup to drink.

Everyone is welcome to invite friends to participate in the workshop on a date of your choice. Classes are open for more than 8 people.

Farm Introduction:

Chiu Je's farm was originally located in Ping Long, Lam Tsuen, Tai Po. Chiu Je, who is a Tai Chi coach and cooking instructor, has changed the farmland from growing vegetables to processing crops in response to the weather conditions in recent years. In addition to selling at farmers' markets, they also organize different workshops.
