對素食的人,包括純素和食生一族,好素好純素很值得去體驗品嚐。主廚Ken Kwong 鄺梓罡分享的不少食譜,終於來到餐廳品嚐。可以帶家人一起去,這裏可以吃熟食,可以試試廚師法辦的套餐、以及一個佛陀碗套餐,非常豐盛飽足,也帶走了套餐提供的蛋糕和椰汁奇亞籽雪燕露,以及一些熟食。先來的水克菲爾很好喝!綠葉菜、水果非常鮮甜,其他熟食的我媽也說很好。醬料新鮮沒有用一般的糖,用好油,吃起來舒服。套餐提供的配搭選擇,種類很多,也不小氣價格上下,一律提供,很大方、寬容。餐廳進去後就覺得充滿能量,旁邊書架上的書本題材很有吸引力,可惜那天有點晚。若能提早些到,可以翻翻書,或者選本購買都很好。餐廳結合素食永續與文化,門外海報介紹相關的公共講座,很有心。沒有低消,吃得舒服。注意下午休息時間,或者有時包場沒有供應。最好先預約。
