Nutritional value: Extra virgin olive oil is a natural oil extracted from olive fruit. About 14% of the oil is saturated fat and 11% is polyunsaturated fat, such as omega 6 and omega 3 fatty acids. But the main fatty acid in olive oil is a monounsaturated fat called oleic acid, which accounts for 73% of the total oil content.
Studies have shown that oleic acid can reduce inflammation and may even have a beneficial effect on cancer-related genes. Monounsaturated fats also have strong heat resistance, making extra virgin olive oil a healthy choice for cooking.
Extra virgin olive oil is rich in nutrients. In addition to beneficial fatty acids, it also contains vitamins E and K. Of course, olive oil also contains powerful antioxidants. These antioxidants have biological activity and can reduce the risk of chronic diseases. They can also fight inflammation and help protect cholesterol in the blood from oxidation. These two benefits can reduce the risk of heart disease.
The main anti-inflammatory component of extra virgin olive oil: polyphenols, has been shown to be similar to ibuprofen (an anti-inflammatory drug). Some scientists estimate that the polyphenols in 3.4 tablespoons (50 ml) of extra virgin olive oil have a similar effect to 10% of the adult dose of ibuprofen.
Studies have also shown that oleic acid, the main fatty acid in olive oil, can reduce the levels of important inflammation markers such as C-reactive protein (CRP). At the same time, a study also showed that olive oil antioxidants can inhibit some genes and proteins that drive inflammation.
Olive oil is the only source of monounsaturated fats and is associated with a reduced risk of stroke and heart disease.

Cooking method:It is not suitable to cook at high temperature, the smoke point is low, about 165-190°C.

Special matters: Use cold press to extract oil without any heating treatment. The nutritional value is the highest among many types of olive oil and the best quality.

The color is golden, with natural turquoise, more natural olive fruit aroma.
