During this time, they went through it all. For 13 years, none of the vegetables grown on their farm have ever passed an organic test. A test that checks for more than 300 chemical pesticide residues and 7 heavy metals.

In Hong Kong, when it comes to vegetables from China and the mainland, most consumers always respond directly to us with scorn or even contempt. (China -- give us a bad impression?!)
