Renowned as one of the finest and most widely exported Thai durians, Monthong is prized for its large size, thick golden-yellow flesh, creamy custard-like texture, high natural sweetness, and relatively mild, pleasant aroma with subtle notes of caramel and almonds—making it more approachable than intensely pungent varieties such as Musang King.

This experience profoundly taught her that true deliciousness comes from the most sincere respect for nature.
