🛍 Product Information：

Preparation: Simply rinse the scallops briefly, then soak them in water for about half an hour or more (depending on the size of the scallops; soak until slightly softened). Reserve the soaking water. They are then ready to cook.

Storage: Store the scallops in a cool, well-ventilated place. It is best to seal them and store them in the refrigerator (0-8℃).

Note: Because Qingdao scallops are quite moist, if you plan to eat them for an extended period, it is recommended to seal them and store them in the freezer (-18℃ or below).
