海參泡發
首先準備工具：清理水或礦泉水，絕對保證無油的器皿。乾海參若干。

第一步常溫泡

常溫下的淨化水或礦泉水一起放入無油的器皿發酵24小時，每隔8換小時次水

24小時後，把海參拿起來用手捏一下，如果完全捏的透，沒有硬塊兒了，就表示第一步泡好了。如果還有硬塊就繼續泡，直到泡軟無硬塊。

第二步去內臟

沿海參的開口處以無油的剪刀剪開，剪開後去除沙嘴和牙齒，沙嘴和牙齒類似石灰質。

第三步熱水煮

把清理好的海參清理乾淨後放入垃圾桶中，加熱。開水後，改小火，蓋上蓋子燜煮25-30分鐘，煮完後關火，繼續蓋上燜2個小時就完成了。

第四步 冰水泡

把煮好的海參，換新的剔除水加冰塊放入冰箱的保鮮層，冰水泡持續24-48小時即可。每隔8小時換一次水。一般2天後海參即泡發完成。

泡好海參後瀝乾水，用鮮膜單獨一個包裹起來，然後放冰箱冷凍即可，每次食用，拿出來，涼水泡開即可按照您喜歡的方式食用，方便快捷！

Soaking Sea Cucumbers

First, prepare the following tools: clean water or mineral water, and an absolutely oil-free container. Several dried sea cucumbers.

Step 1: Soaking at Room Temperature

Place the sea cucumbers in a clean, oil-free container with room temperature purified water or mineral water and ferment for 24 hours, changing the water every 8 hours.

After 24 hours, pick up the sea cucumbers and squeeze them. If they can be easily squeezed through without any hard lumps, the first step is complete. If there are still hard lumps, continue soaking until they are soft and free of lumps.

Step 2: Removing the Internal Organs

Use oil-free scissors to cut open the sea cucumbers along the opening. Remove the sand mouth and teeth, which are similar to limestone.

Step 3: Boiling in Hot Water

After cleaning the sea cucumbers, place them in a trash can and heat the water. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 25-30 minutes. After boiling, turn off the heat and let them sit covered for another 2 hours.

After soaking, drain the water, wrap each sea cucumber individually in cling film, and then freeze. To use, simply soak the frozen sea cucumbers in cold water and consume as desired. Convenient and quick!
