香港的外籍家傭主要來自菲律賓和印尼，她們曾經生活的地方並不是密壓壓的大都市，而是開闊的鄉間和山野，所以她們來到香港後常常會感到孤獨和不適應，因為離開了熟悉的事物和環境，或許會嚴重影響到她們的心理健康。參與一天的工作坊下來，參與參加者最喜歡的環節瑜伽，獲得很大的平靜，它讓外傭從每天的家務裡放鬆下來

「性本愛丘山」的她們

對於外籍家庭傭工來說，大自然具有特別的文化意義，能夠讓她們回想起自己家鄉的熟悉景觀。「香港非常多元化，這是一個很繁忙的城市，但同時也保留著很多山野和海灘」，外籍家庭傭工在香港工作儘管多年，平時生活在都市裡，藉着這個活動，他們也能夠找到很多與大自然接觸的機會。所以身處大自然能夠給她一種回到家的感覺：「每當走到山裡，我就能感覺到十分平靜與放鬆。」

活動內容：

KFBG 透過香港家傭匡扶中心以及「香港外籍家庭傭工與自然的聯繫」計畫為香港外籍家庭傭工提供支援。 KFBG 認識到外傭對城市的貢獻，並意識到他們需要機會來提高自己的福祉，因此為他們提供了一天在農場享受大自然的機會。每個週日，大約 100 名家庭傭工都會在 KFBG 綠色寧靜的環境中進行瑜伽、Zentangle 或尋寶等活動。中環及九龍巴士接送參加者，並提供美味的純素午餐，全天免費。

過去的參與者很喜歡這些活動（特別是瑜伽）以及探索農場和結交新朋友的機會，他們將其描述為「鼓舞人心」、「放鬆」和「一個迷你假期」。

「這一天讓我可以暫時忘掉那些壓力，忘掉各種問題，忘掉思鄉之苦，跟朋友打成一片，還能夠認識新朋友。」

HELP x KFBG "Connecting Mind, Body and Nature"

KFBG provides support to Hong Kong’s migrant domestic workers with the “Connection to Nature for Migrant Domestic Workers in Hong Kong” project. Acknowledging the contribution of domestic workers to the city and recognising their need for opportunities to enhance their well-being, KFBG provides them with a day to enjoy nature at the Farm. Every Sunday, around 100 domestic workers engage in activities such as yoga, Zentangle or a Treasure Hunt in the green and peaceful surroundings of KFBG. Participants are picked up by bus in Central and Kowloon, a tasty vegan lunch is provided, and the whole day is free of charge.

Past participants have enjoyed the activities (particularly the yoga) and the chance to explore the farm and make new friends, describing it as “inspiring”, “relaxing” and “a mini-vacation”.
