Cooking method:Dried vegetables and fresh Bok Choy boiled pork spine, called gold and silver Bok Choy soup; can be boiled with tomatoes and eggs, boiled Bok Choy in clear soup can put ginger.

Special matters: The short-stemmed leaves should be tender, the leaves are firm and intact, the leaves are green, the stems are white, and the thick ones are the best. The cabbage is cold and should be eaten with ginger.
