Scope of Service
📍 This delivery service is only applicable to the online store $380 special delivery package - low temperature and frozen food, frozen and chilled mixed goods. Not applicable to other product groups, ambient cargo (e.g. bananas) and dry cargo categories.
🔆 Make sure the order is still kept at a suitable temperature during delivery. For fresh food purchases over $380, it usually takes 2-3 days to arrange delivery.
💯 Very suitable for chilled goods, such as frozen seafood, perishable fruits and vegetables, delivery on hot summer days (but someone has to take delivery).
🥦 Frozen has different temperature delivery services, the most commonly used are frozen (-18° ~ -15°) and chilled (0° ~ 4°).
🧡 Only applicable to online store special delivery category orders, free shipping for orders over $380.
🚫 The delivery man will call you to inform you of the delivery time. If there is no domestic helper or family member at home, or you cannot be contacted by phone, unless you have given us a clear instruction in the order, such as requesting a special delivery time, we will put it on you doorway. If this cannot be arranged, please do not place an order. **Delivery time may be changed according to the delivery situation of the day**
🚛 Delivery areas: Except for designated remote areas, delivery services are provided from Monday to Sunday in most places in Hong Kong (except public holidays).
Designated delivery method: ❄️ $380 Concessionary Delivery - low temperature and frozen food delivery service (except for remote areas). Monday to Sunday, except public holidays.
Customer Notice
📍Must provide a phone number that can contact you (not WhatsApp, you need to answer the phone) or the consignee. If you can't find you or there is no consignee at home, please carefully consider whether to use this service. And if you need other options, please press back to cart or previous page ⏪ to reselect.
1. If the consignee cannot be contacted, the goods will be placed at the door of the receiving address (Unless you have given us a clear instruction in the order remarks, such as requesting a special delivery time).
2. Delivery time: 11:00am-8:00pm (orders are prepared the day before delivery). The delivery staff will contact you 15-30 minutes before delivery.
3. 🙇♀️In remote areas and busy areas, there will be additional delays; housing estates that fail to provide 20 minutes of free parking 🅿️ will need to pay the actual parking fee of the housing estate (collected by the driver). If the address is a place without parking, you need to contact the driver and go downstairs for delivery. Since the surcharge does not include remote areas, we will inform you that additional surcharges are required if it is located in remote areas.
4. Fees for stairs: Delivery on stairs is calculated based on the number of floors, and the fee is $10 per floor (stairs from 10 to 22 are one floor). The driver will charge according to the number of floors. Please pay the fee directly to the delivery driver on the day of delivery.
