Joyful Wholeness

who are we

Joyful Wholeness was established by the disciple of teacher Gao Shiyin, and started to hold a series of "relaxed and healthy" courses in 2012. In addition to teaching Gao's health-preserving exercises and gas extraction methods, he also held bigu classes, detoxification classes, and other high-end courses including double cultivation of life and unity, etc., with a large number of participants. Later, mindfulness/mindfulness courses were also held to regulate and purify the body and mind through health exercises, bigu and mindfulness.

Since 2020, Joyful Wholeness has launched a brand-new TITER (Take IT Easy, Relax) course based on scientific research. Through 4 units of breathing, sitting, standing, and walking, it integrates the basics of Qigong and meditation into daily life, and establishes a A set of healthy new habits that everyone can do and apply anytime and anywhere.

Joyful Wholeness now holds "Easy and Healthy" Gao's Health-preserving Gong and TITER courses regularly, and from time to time holds public welfare classes with Gao's Health-preserving Gong Charity Foundation, encouraging everyone to practice health-preserving exercises, meditation and flexible use of basic Qigong to achieve physical and mental balance and health .
