OIL OF MANY TALENTS
Our Australian Cold Pressed Almond oil is a very flavoured oil that is stacked with nutrients. Made from fresh, fragrant almonds straight off the tree which we press to extract the delicate oil. You can use it to sauté and fry at high temperatures but it is also a lovely oil for baking.
Plenty almond oil has a clean flavour which pairs nicely with fish or poultry and green vegetables. Also, unlike other Truffle-inflused oils which are carried in Olive Oil, our Truffle Oil infusion is carried in this wonderful Almond Oil.
