Pampano, also known as Bradley's pomfret, belongs to the trevally family. It is mainly distributed in the Red Sea and East African waters, from southern Japan in the north to Australia in the south. The body is round and flat, similar to white pomfret. Its meat is delicious, fragrant and soft, and it is suitable for steaming with black bean sauce.
At present, yellow pomfret is available all year round. After washing the fish body, cut a few cuts on the side of the fish body, add onion and garlic, tempeh, soy sauce and sesame oil, etc., put it in a pot and steam it, it is quite delicious.
