More smart way to make "caramelized onions"

Also fry on high heat for 3 minutes and fry the onions in a "smart way", the caramel is very fast. Raw and uncooked onions are spicy, but browned onions that are sautéed to soften are commonly known as "caramelized onions." Caramelized onions have a sweet taste and are perfect for pan-fried pork chops, steaks, or burgers . If you want to quickly fry the scorched onions, the method is very simple than the onions that have not changed color for a long time!


The deliciousness of "caramelized onions" lies in the fact that the onions are fried until softened, the color turns brown after dehydration, the taste of the onions changes from light to strong, the sugar is released, and the aroma and sweetness increase.


How to quickly fry caramelized onions:

  1. Fry with white rice (without adding oil) over high heat, being careful not to burn, about a minute and a half, the onion will begin to soften and turn color.
