🛍 Product Information：

Organic Italian White Vittoria (Victoria) is an early-ripening white table grape widely grown in Sicily and Puglia. Bred in Romania in 1964 from Cardinal × Regina, it produces large conical clusters of yellow-green to golden berries with crisp, juicy, sweet flesh (around 15% sugar) and seeds. Organic production avoids synthetic pesticides and fertilizers. Harvest typically runs late June to August in southern Italy.

Origin and Growing

Vitis vinifera ‘Victoria’ / ‘Vittoria’ is vigorous and productive. Italy’s south—especially inland Sicily and Apulia—gives the heat and day–night contrast that develop sugar and a golden hue. Certified organic fruit is grown without chemical residues, often retaining natural bloom on the skin.

Appearance and Flavor

Clusters are large (often 500–800 g) and pyramid- to cone-shaped. Berries are medium-large, oval to round, ripening from green-yellow to amber-gold. Flesh is crunchy and juicy, with a clean, balanced sweetness rather than strong muscat perfume. Seeds are present. The variety stores and travels relatively well for an early white grape.

Season and Uses

One of the first white table grapes of the Italian summer. Eat fresh, with mild cheeses, in salads, or as juice and jam. Keep refrigerated and consume promptly for best texture.
Note: Distinct from the more aromatic Italia grape, and from Cerasuolo di Vittoria wines of southeastern Sicily. “White Vittoria – Organic” refers to the table-grape cultivar grown under organic standards in Italy.
