🛍 Product Information (Main) (English)：
Takeuchi Arranged Red Uni is a premium selection of red sea urchin (Strongylocentrotus droebachiensis, commonly known as horse dung urchin or Ezo horse dung urchin) sourced from Japan’s Hokkaido or Tohoku regions (e.g., Aomori, Iwate), meticulously curated by Takeuchi Fisheries and hand-arranged in specialized trays for both aesthetic appeal and dining convenience, with no additives to preserve its pure, natural flavor and pristine texture. Thriving in the cold, nutrient-rich northern Japanese waters influenced by the Oyashio Current, this uni develops plump gonads and exceptional taste from low temperatures and abundant kelp. Renowned for its vibrant orange-red hue, silky smooth yet subtly velvety texture, and an intensely sweet profile laced with fresh oceanic brininess and subtle umami, Takeuchi Arranged Red Uni is celebrated as the "creamy king" of Japanese sea urchins among seafood experts and Michelin-starred restaurants. Its peak season spans May to August, when shallow coastal harvests yield the most succulent and flavorful gonads. Takeuchi's arrangement technique, rooted in traditional Hokkaido methods, gently positions freshly harvested gonads on trays to prevent collapse and oxidation, ensuring a melt-in-the-mouth tenderness. At approximately 120kcal per 100g, it is packed with high-quality protein (~14g/100g), vitamins A, E, D, B12, zinc, iron, and Omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA), providing benefits such as immune boosting, cardiovascular support, antioxidant protection, skin elasticity enhancement, and nervous system health—a true oceanic "health delicacy." Offered in convenient arranged packs , it's ideal for home or professional use: simply serve raw, atop sushi, in uni donburi, salads, or as a luxurious element in fine-dining sauces and garnishes, delivering layered sensory delight in every bite. Committed to sustainability, Takeuchi adheres to Hokkaido Fisheries Association quotas and utilizes advanced cold-chain logistics (0-4°C) for direct shipment from Hokkaido ports worldwide, ensuring top-tier freshness and quality, allowing enthusiasts to savor Hokkaido's unadulterated oceanic essence as if seaside on the Japan Sea—a profound gift from nature.
