Vegetarianism is actually closely related to a person's body, mind, and environment. If you want to achieve a healthy body, mind, and environment, you must start with one thought. The English name of "Bijas" is actually Sanskrit, which means the seeds in the heart. What kind of fruit the seeds bear depends on what kind of causes we have in our own thoughts. The restaurant's selling point is its "Awakening Buffet," where guests are charged by the weight of the food they choose, paying for as much as they eat. The name "Awakening" is chosen because we hope that customers can pay attention to their own needs when taking food and cherish the food. And I hope that in my daily busy life, I can be grateful to the heaven and earth, the farmers and the cooks, and slowly chew my food to enjoy it.

「ワン・ソート・ベジタリアン」は香港の大学で最初のベジタリアンレストランです。ベジタリアンは実は人の体、心、環境に深く関わっています。健康な体、心、環境を手に入れたいなら、まずは一つの考え。「ビジャス」の英語名はサンスクリット語で、心の中の種を意味します。種がどんな実を結ぶかは、私たち自身の思考の中にどんな原因があるかによって決まります。このレストランの売りは「アウェイクニング・ビュッフェ」で、客は選んだ料理の重さに応じて、食べた分だけ料金を支払う。「Awakening」という名前は、お客様が食事をとるときに自分自身のニーズに気を配り、食べ物を大切にしてほしいという願いを込めて付けられました。そして、忙しい毎日の中でも、天と地、農家や料理人に感謝し、ゆっくり噛んで美味しくいただけたらと思います。

Hello Cocoa was founded by Louie in 2019 to accompany his children. It is a handmade chocolate social enterprise dedicated to accompanying SEN people and their caregivers in the Chinese community.
