How to eat:
Cold dish/ Salads :
1. Rinse with water first to remove surface dust
2. Soak in cool drinking water for 10-20 minutes ( be sure to soak in cool water, hot water will dissolve the gelidium! )
3. After soaking, wash it clean and drain it for later use
Jelly :
1. Soak, clean and drain as above
2. In a ratio of 1:2 ( i.e. 1 part of gelidium, 2 parts of water ), add gelidium slowly into boiled water until all melted. If you like sweet or fruity, add some sugar or fruit juice to the fluid
3. Pour into a small cup or plate, let it cool and put it in the refrigerator
4. You can add fruits/ other ingredients according to your preference
