Zhaozhou Pear is one of the best pear in the world. Zhao county is located in the southeast of Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province. It was called Zhaozhou in ancient times. Zhaozhou Pear refers to Zhaoxian "Snow Pear". The cultivation of "snow pears" in Zhaoxian County has a long history, which can be traced back to more than 2,000 years ago. How to eat
Rinse with cold water first to remove surface dust
Pear slices are suitable for soup or drink stewing, while pear dices are suitable for brewing drinks
Pear slices can be boiled on open fire for about 30 minutes. Pear dices can be brewed in warm water/ cool drinking water for 10-15 minutes before drinking
