Osteen Mango is a premium commercial mango cultivar featuring an elegant, elongated oval shape with a slight curve, weighing 250-500g on average. The skin starts pale green, ripening to pale yellow or mottled yellow, often with a heavy purple-red blush, while the golden flesh is fiberless, juicy, and tender with a sweet, aromatic flavor reminiscent of rose notes. Rich in vitamin A (about 50-100μg per 100g), vitamin C (about 20-40mg), dietary fiber, and potassium, it supports immune function, eye health, and digestion. Popular for organic cultivation, it is commonly enjoyed fresh, in juices, salads, desserts, or processed into jams and ice cream, edible with skin. Ideal for children and wellness diets; store in a cool place (10-15°C) for 7-10 days, avoiding refrigeration to prevent flesh darkening.
