Shunde Style Cod Noodles

Serving size: 120g fish noodles + 300g fish soup + 3g dry ingredients

The portion size is just right, the ingredients are genuine, and it’s absolutely different!

Ingredients:

Fish Pasta (120g): Dace Meat, Cod Meat, Tapioca Starch, Egg, Lard, Onion Powder, Pepper, Salt, Sugar, Flavour Enhancer (621), Sakura Prawn Powder, Moisture Retainer (452(i)), Thickener (407, 1420)

Fish soup (300g): water, dace bones, ginger, rice wine

Dry ingredients packet (3g): dried shallots, fried garlic


Storage method: Keep hidden at -18 degrees Celsius or below.

*Cooking tips:

Step 1: Thaw the fish bread and fish stock packets.

Step 2: Cut open the soup bag, pour the soup into the pot and boil. (If you have prepared, you can add other ingredients such as tofu, mushrooms and vegetables, etc.)

Step 3: Bring the fish soup to a boil, then add the fish noodles and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Step 4: Sprinkle with shallots and fried garlic
