CSA's consumption model emphasises the interactive relationship between farmers 👨‍🌾 and consumers 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦, apart from buying and selling, through in-depth understanding of both parties, a continuous cooperative relationship is established. Consumers support farmers' production, farmers grow fresh and healthy vegetables for consumers, and gather community strength to promote local agricultural development.

Since the 1980s and 1990s, Hong Kong has developed its own unique CSA model with reference to overseas experience. With the changes of the times, Hong Kong-style CSA has become rich and varied in both forms and cooperation modes, and more sparks are created.
