🌱 Supplier introduction: "Koon Chun Sauce Factory" was rooted in Hong Kong in 1928, adheres to 100% made in Hong Kong, and has its own Yuen Long factory to produce various Cantonese-style soy sauce and seasonings, including soy sauce, soy sauce, instant sauce ingredients, vinegar, oyster sauce and alkaline water, etc.

"Koon Chun" has always been adhering to the traditional natural method. It takes at least six months to brew soy sauce products. MSG and chemicals are added to ensure the original natural taste of soy sauce.

Adhere to the brewing process that does not use chemicals in soy sauce and sauce:

Ingredients: black beans (soybeans), ginger, salt, peel, spices and soy sauce (water, soybeans, salt, wheat flour)

Selected black beans are traditionally fermented, naturally sun-dried, and then made with raw materials such as ginger grains, tangerine peel, refined salt and five-spice powder (Note: these two raw materials are added to the first time and soaked made by drying). Therefore, this product has a unique flavor, with a strong sweet and fragrant soy sauce, moderate saltiness, pickled or steamed fish, meat and other dishes, all of which are appetizing.
