Wing Ming Farm is located in Yuen Long. It is a Wing Ming Farm under the supervision of the Hong Kong Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department. It is the hard work of Mr. Li, a local chicken farmer, who has been raising chickens for more than 30 years. With more than 30 years of experience, Mr. Li independently developed French chickens and local Shiqi chickens, and successfully cultivated Yongming black-feather chickens and black-bone chickens suitable for steaming. The meat is tender and smooth, and the chicken tastes fresh and sweet. The chickens raised on the farm are all hormone-free fresh chickens and are raised locally, so you can buy them with confidence.
