The Hong Kong Siu Mai Concern Group focuses on improving the quality and experience of local siu mai. After numerous blending and tastings, combining the Concern Group's strict requirements for siu mai sauces with Min Hong's traditional craftsmanship, they developed this "Top-Ingredient Soy Sauce" (Product No. 002). The goal is to create a multi-functional soy sauce that perfectly complements siu mai at home and is also suitable for everyday cooking.

Flavor Profile

Balanced Sweet and Salty: Based on sweet soy sauce, the saltiness and sweetness are well-balanced, neither too salty nor overly sweet.

Flavorful Ingredients: The addition of scallions, ginger, garlic, and other aromatics during the simmering process creates a mild and lasting aroma.

Coating Performance: The medium texture allows it to adhere well to the surface of siu mai or other ingredients, enhancing the flavor profile.

Overall Impression: Rich and savory with a slightly sweet aftertaste, making it more suitable for dipping than regular soy sauce or sweet soy sauce.
