Infused with a subtle sourness, these honey mushrooms are marinated to perfection, resulting in a dish that is fresh, flavourful, and absolutely delicious.
Pickled mushrooms work well as a snack, light lunch, or appetizer when paired with olives and cheese.
Pickled Button Mushrooms are small, firm white mushrooms preserved in a tangy vinegar-based brine, often seasoned with spices, garlic, herbs, or peppercorns. This classic pickling process gives them a delightful sour and savory flavor with a crisp, meaty texture that makes them an excellent appetizer, salad topping, or side dish. Low in calories yet rich in dietary fiber, B vitamins, and antioxidants, pickled button mushrooms offer a healthy and flavorful way to enjoy mushrooms. They are popular in antipasti platters, sandwiches, and as a zesty snack straight from the jar.
Keep it in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.
🥗 Product Category (English):
Bay leaves are a very common seasoning ingredient in European, especially Mediterranean cuisine. There are dishes in North America and French cuisine that reuse bay leaves. Bay leaves are often used in soups, stews, seafood and vegetables. Generally, when cooking, the whole leaves are used without cutting, or a few bunches of bay leaves are tied with stems and other herbs and placed in a cooking vessel for convenience and then removed after cooking, because most recipes require bay leaves. More aromatic than flavourful, its spiciness was too intense for diners. Chopped or powdered bay leaves release more flavor than uncut leaves, chopped bay leaves are more difficult to remove from dishes and are found in gauze tea bags. Grated bay leaves do not need to be removed after cooking.
Bay leaves are also commonly used in grilled rice and other highly aromatic dishes in India and Pakistan. Some Indian curry garam masala recipes also include powdered bay leaves.
