Created by an experienced Canadian food science team after two years of research, it is specifically formulated to suit Asian cooking methods and flavour preferences.

Made from a proprietary blend of pea protein, non-GMO soy protein, shiitake mushroom and rice protein, OmniPork delivers a complete plant protein profile with all essential amino acids. It is 100% plant-based, vegan, non-GMO, free from cholesterol, added hormones and antibiotics, and cruelty-free. The product closely replicates the taste, texture and aroma of traditional minced pork, making it an excellent all-purpose substitute for both vegetarian and flexitarian cooking.

Culinary Applications
OmniPork is highly versatile and performs well in classic Asian dishes. It can be used for stir-fries, dumplings, meatballs, steamed pork cakes, fried rice, Thai basil stir-fry, mapo-style dishes, spring rolls and more. Simply thaw, season to taste and cook until the internal temperature reaches 74°C.

Storage
Keep frozen at -18°C. Thaw in the refrigerator or under cold water before use. Once thawed, do not refreeze. Consume within 48 hours after opening.
