Hong Kong Aquaculture is located in the Yung Shue Au Marine Fish Farming Zone and is managed by Alex Lam. "Local Aquaculture" is a new type of fish farm in Hong Kong's Aquaculture industry today. Optimise traditional marine fish farming techniques and tools, and combine farming techniques from all over the world to tailor-made farming methods that are more suitable for Hong Kong's waters and climate.

Hong Kong Aquaculture insists on "sustainable" farming methods to sell fish and refuses to add any chemicals.

Implementing "health care is more important than treatment", from fish diet to improve health and resistance. Strictly select feeds imported from Taiwan, which have won multiple international certifications and quality assurance labels, to ensure that the diet is rich in fish protein and fish oil, promote the absorption of fish nutrients, and increase the content of fish oil.

Daily use of natural traditional Chinese medicine, probiotics, complex nutrition, fruit vinegar, onion garlic and water kefir is soaked in the feed to ensure complete nutrition, maintain fish health and enhance resistance.
