Fish meat is rich in nutrients, tastes good, and is easy to digest and absorb. Studies have found that fish meat is rich in a variety of vitamins (such as vitamin A, vitamin D and B vitamins, etc.), enzymes, minerals (such as calcium, phosphorus, potassium, iodine, zinc, selenium, etc.), unsaturated fatty acids and high-quality Protein and other nutrients. Fish meat can be divided into two types: dark fish meat and white fish meat. Dark fish meat contains more nutrients and has a fishier taste. White fish meat contains relatively few nutrients, but has a lighter fishy smell.

煎焗龍躉斑塊

Pan-fried baked giant grouper cubes

Material

Fish fillet 500g
Ginger and garlic 600g
Onion and coriander appropriate amount
oyster sauce 1 tablespoon
Light soy sauce 1/2 tablespoon
cooking wine 1 tablespoon
Cornstarch 1/2 tablespoon
salt 1 tsp.

step:

1. Clean the fish fillets and fish bones, drain the water, and cut into appropriate pieces.

2. Put the fish fillets and fish bones into a seasoning bowl, add a little salt, cooking wine, oil and cornstarch, mix gently and let it sit for 15 minutes to taste.

3. Wash the green onions and cut them into sections; cut into large pieces and dice the garlic.

4. Heat the oil over high heat until it is cooked, turn down the heat and fry the fish fillets and fish bones. Fry until golden brown, scoop out and set aside.

5. Add a little more oil to the pot, sauté the garlic until fragrant, and add the fried fish fillets and fish bones.

6. Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and water, cover and cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes to let the fish fillets and fish bones absorb the flavor. Finally, add a little cornstarch water to reduce the juice, and quickly stir until the aroma is overflowing.

7. Sprinkle coriander and a small amount of green onion for decoration.
