🌱  Supplier introduction :

Our products may...

  1. Goes bad faster - because we don't use preservatives
  2. The colors may not look as bright - because we don't use any artificial colors
  3. The flavor is a little different every time - because every batch is made with real ingredients, just like no apples are the same on the tree.

🛍  Product Information :

Grass-fed butter (such as Westgold) has a richer flavor and a better nutritional profile, making it suitable for everyday use where taste and health are important; grain-fed butter, on the other hand, is more stable and has a neutral flavor, making it more suitable for large-scale baking or cost-sensitive occasions.

Summary

  • Grass-fed (like Westgold) emphasises natural diet, richer flavour, golden colour, and a more favourable nutritional profile (especially omega-3 and CLA).
  • Grain-fed prioritises consistency, milder taste, and lower cost, but typically has a less favourable fatty acid balance.

For everyday cooking and spreading where flavour complexity and nutritional quality matter, grass-fed is preferred by many. For high-volume baking or recipes needing a neutral butter taste, grain-fed can perform well and is more economical.
